The Event:
We received a late-year inquiry about this event, having been kindly recommended by a previous client with whom we collaborated earlier in the year. The client aimed to host an in-house staff training event at their Nottingham premises and was seeking a significant “wow factor for this year’s occasion. Enter Team Hybrid AV!
What we did:
The team provided comprehensive technical support for the event, featuring the Barco G60-W10 projector with 10,000 lumens, WUXGA, and DLP laser phosphor technology. A 12ft x 6.5ft Front and Rear Fast Fold Projector Screen (16:9 Ratio) was utilized, accompanied by 2 x 65” Samsung TV Screens and a Brooke 6 speaker system, ensuring a complete visual and audio experience for all attendees.
To guarantee seamless presentations, the setup included the Roland VR4HD HD AV Mixer with 4Ch, HDMI in/out, and Touch Multi-Viewer, Acer Nitro, Black Magic SDI Directional HDMI/SDI converter, along with a 42” Comfort Monitor. This sophisticated arrangement contributed to a smooth and high-quality presentation experience, making the event one to remember!
