Exceed Awards 2018

The Event

December saw us transform the Maher Centre from large empty room to into an exquisite, shimmering Awards night for 500 guests.   This event is Everything Branded’s Annual Awards and Christmas party night where employees, suppliers and clients are invited to celebrate the success of the year, award outstanding employees and raise money for three fantastic Charities.

The evening was hosted by the fabulous Rylan Clark Neal from Big Brother, This Morning and X Factor fame, with special guests S Club and Chesney Hawkes performing their hit songs to the crowd along with The Catalogues and DJ Chan.

What we did

Using the whole 35m width of the room, this year we built a twin screen LED Video Wall Set on a large 64m truss frame with the height coming in at just under 6m, 90 panels of our LED video wall were hung from the truss as well as 15 moving heads and 10 pixel storm batons.  10K of QSC KLA active PA speakers ensure the live acts could be heard perfectly around the vast space.

A 6mx8m stage was set up at the back of the room for the VIP tables, complete with barriers, carpet and fridges, our own Antique gold glitter table cloths covered these tables with matching runners on the rest of the tables in the room as well as our brand new LED table centre numbers.  Giant LED Letters completed the stage set with our Spark Streams at the front of the stage poised for the entertainers and award winners.

The full kit list is too long to list on our blog however we’ve listed some of the main items, our team of experienced technicians and event manager’s ran the evening from start to the very late finish with the whole set being removed that night, ending in a 6am finish for all of the crew.
