The Event:
The Hybrid AV team spared no effort in transforming the Walkers Hall and Keith Weller Suite at the Leicester City King Power Stadium into a vibrant setting for a dynamic two-day conference, exhibition, and awards evening, hosted by one of our esteemed long-standing clients. It takes a truly dedicated team to bring such an event to life, while exemplifying everything that Hybrid AV stands for, innovation, excellence, and unparalleled service!
The Walkers Hall was transformed with three impressive 5m x 2m Gloshine LED Video Walls, accompanied by an expansive 8m x 3m presentation stage. We ensured seamless presentations with a 42” comfort monitor, countdown touch timer, and our reliable Roland V600 UHD – Complete Production Case, complemented by Blackmagic SDI/HDMI equipment.
What we did:
For impeccable sound, we installed a full Martin Audio System, while lighting was masterfully handled with LEDJ Artisan 2000 Fresnel Dual White lights, E-lumen 8 LED PF 100 Profile Spot Lights, Retro Pullman lights, LEDJ Rapid QB1 Uplighters, and our Avolites Quartz – Lighting Desk, creating the perfect ambiance from conference to evening event.
Meanwhile, the Keith Weller Suite was transformed into an engaging exhibition space, boasting 30 LED TV screens ranging from 40” to 60”, supported by our dedicated technical team ensuring flawless execution and support for the exhibitors throughout the day. Our dedicated Event Director managed all client liaison including lengthy rehearsal schedules, show calling and stitching together the PowerPoint decks ready for the live conference.
