The Event:
Towards the end of March, we received a request from our valued long-standing clients over at the Mattioli Woods Leicester Tigers Stadium, to provide projection, audio, presentation, and technical support for an event hosted in their Club House for Jollibee.
What we did:
For the evening awards event, our team completely transformed the clubhouse. We set up a 3m x 2m stage area, complete with an 8ft fast-fold projector screen and an Epson EB-535w Projector to ensure everyone in the room had front-row seats! The area was elegantly finished off with drape to enhance the overall look.
To create the perfect ambiance, we utilized our QSC KLA Active PA system and set the mood with LEDJ Rapid QB1 Uplighters, Elumen8 Evora 1000 BSW Moving Lights, and Equinox Fusion 260ZR lights.
Thanks to our team’s technical expertise and attention to detail, we were able to create a truly memorable evening for everyone in attendance.
