The Event
We received the first contact in July regarding the event organized by the Schools Climate Assembly, scheduled to take place in October last year on the grounds of a primary school in Birmingham. The client opted for a big top marquee for the event, which required additional planning by the team to ensure the smooth setup of the equipment.
What we did
For this event, we went all out! The setup featured two of our Barco 10,000 lumen projectors and a 16ft x 9ft projector screen with a stage panel to complete the aesthetic. The main stage area was enhanced by 4 x 65” LED TV Screens and a Brooke 6 speaker system, ensuring everyone under the big top had an optimal view.
To ensure flawless presentations, the team utilized our Roland VR4HD HD AV Mixer with 4Ch, HDMI in/out, and Touch Multi-Viewer, Acer Nitro, and Black Magic SDI Directional HDMI/SDI converter. Additionally, our videographer captured every moment of the action for memorable replays.
The breakout areas were equipped with EV ELX200 10″ Active Speakers, Mackie Thump 12BST Active Speakers, and QSC K8.2 8” Active PA Speakers, providing immersive audio experiences throughout the event.
