Furnley House Foundation Summer Ball

The Event

June saw us take Winstanley House, Leicester and turn it into a stunning, glamorous Auction night for the launch of the Furnley House Foundation. The event was filled with over 200 guests, and hosted by local Celebrity Ian Stringer! The purpose of the evening was to bring clients and employees together, have an amazing time and raise money for charity Alex’s Wish, and second charity CALM- Campaign Against Living Miserably.

Overall, an amazing £40,000 was raised for these incredible charities, and raffle prizes included a stay at Winstanley House, and the chance to win a Maserati for the weekend! To top it off, there was a fantastic firework display after the three course dinner that was served.

What we did

To make the auction experience as seamless as possible, we set up a stage, and speakers around the room so that Ian Stringer was heard perfectly. Two 82″ LED Screens were used to visualise aspects of the night to the guests, including a presentation. To emphasize the ‘Dubai Nights’ theme, we strategically placed festoon lights and uplighters around the room, as well as LED Star Cloth to create a starry night effect. Purple and pink chair sashes and palm trees in planters added a classy extra touch. During the live auction, and to announce the grand total raised at the end of the night, Equinox spark streams were used to excite the guests!

Our experienced technicians ran the evening from start to finish flawlessly, a job well done and a positive night to be a part of!
